Lentiviral vectors to generate lentiviruses for stable integrations

Biosettia have different lentiviral vector systems for various levels of gene expression.  Below is one of the vector systems expressing GOI and selection marker from the separated promoters.

Diagram of the lentiviral vector and its components. The left side shows a circular schematic with various elements like U5, PBS, R, and other regions. The right side depicts a linear map of the lentivirus genome, including regions such as the 5' LTR, U3, R, packaging signal, EF1α promoter, intron, GOI, mPGK, marker, WPRE, and 3' LTR.

Non-lentiviral vectors for transient gene expression or stable expression via recombination

The pcDNA vector is one of the popular plasmids for transient or stable protein expression.
